Ginger-Rose Krueck, Co-Founder, Executive Director

Ginger-Rose is a certified Master Gardener in Davidson County and has been resident of Donelson for twelve years. She brings six years experience as the coordinator and keeper of a large Montessori school garden where her work impacted hundreds of students. She earned an Associate's degree in Elementary Education (K-8), served as a substitute teacher for Metro Nashville for many years, and has long standing relationships with many of the people necessary to support GROW's mission. At GROW, Ginger-Rose applies her passion for reducing barriers to education, as well as her own love of the outdoors, to create programming and educational outreach opportunities. Her commitment to and enthusiasm for the mission of GROW is infectious and she enjoys bringing diverse members of the community into the conversation around the GROW project.

Heather Boyd, Board Member

Heather was born and raised in middle Tennessee and has always had an appreciation for nature and green spaces. Heather’s interest in taking care of the land was deepened when her closest friends became organic vegetable farmers 🥕
After working several summers on their farm, Heather began looking for other opportunities to get involved in her community. That’s when she found GROW! She began by showing up to almost every volunteer event in early 2022 and was eventually voted on to the board of directors.
Professionally, Heather works in the mental health field. In her work of supporting others, she has found time in nature to be grounding and renewing. For Heather, taking care of our natural world feels synonymous with taking care of ourselves.
Heather is currently pursuing the Tennessee Naturalist Program certification to deepen her knowledge of the world around her 🌎

Ben piNon, Board Treasurer and Interim President

Ben brings a wide variety of youth development experience to GROW. Over the last decade, he has served as a high school health educator, a mentor for first-year college students, manager of an elementary school cafeteria, and facilitator of cooking and gardening clubs for kids of all ages.
He currently works in the financial technology industry and serves as GROW’s Treasurer. Ben was drawn to GROW because of his fundamental beliefs in the potential of every child and the restorative power of nature.
An avid home cook, Ben also enjoys taking long road trips, playing basketball, gardening, and exploring nature 🌿

Caitlin Craig, Board Member

Caitlin Craig is a nature enthusiast and enjoys creating and conserving wild spaces. While attending the Tennessee Naturalist Program Caitlin has expanded her abilities in understanding and interpreting the natural world around us, from urban space to spacious parks and forests. GROW Enrichment has created a beautiful space for Caitlin, her husband and boys to enjoy and learn in. She is excited to help GROW benefit the local community and reconnect people back to the natural world we are a part of.
